Early Access Program terms

These terms are for clinics and pharmacies in MedicDay's Early Access Program. They add to MedicDay's Terms and conditions; where the two differ, these terms decide the Early Access offer. MedicDay is provided by YRO Systems Private Limited ("MedicDay", "we", "us").

1. Who can join

  • The Early Access offer is for a limited period. It is open to eligible businesses: clinics and pharmacies that request early access on our website and whose account we approve while the offer is open.
  • We decide eligibility when we approve a request. Requesting early access does not by itself reserve a place.
  • The offer is for one MedicDay account per business.
  • We may end the offer for new businesses at any time. A business whose account is approved after it ends is not covered by these terms; a business already in the program keeps its offer.

2. What the offer gives you

  • The plan your account is approved for (MedicDay Pharmacy, MedicDay Clinic, or MedicDay Clinic + Pharmacy) at ₹0 instead of its regular price of ₹6,000, ₹8,000 or ₹12,000 a year respectively.
  • Free for life means for as long as your business keeps its MedicDay account open and in good standing under the Terms and conditions. It ends if you close the account, or if we suspend or close it as the Terms and conditions allow.
  • Platform fee: ₹0. MedicDay charges no Platform fee on payments your patients or customers make through MedicDay. Taxes such as GST apply where the law requires.
  • The offer covers the plan you joined with. A product added to your account later, or a new product or paid add-on we may offer in future, is covered only if we tell you so in writing.

3. What is not included

  • AI usage. Voice dictation and the reading of invoices, prescriptions and bills use a Google Gemini key that your business gets from Google. What Google charges for it is between you and Google. If MedicDay provides AI usage itself in future, it may be charged for separately, and we will tell you before it applies.
  • Devices and other providers. Computers, phones, printers, card machines, internet, and anything their providers charge you.

4. Your feedback

  • We welcome your feedback and suggestions about MedicDay, and may contact you to ask about your experience. Giving feedback is your choice.
  • We may use your suggestions to improve MedicDay, without any payment or obligation to you. We read every suggestion but cannot promise to build a particular one.

5. Changes

  • We may update these terms. We tell account holders at least 30 days before a change applies, as the Terms and conditions say. A change does not take away the ₹0 price of an account already in the program while it stays open and in good standing.
  • The offer belongs to the business's account and cannot be transferred or sold to another business.
